Anyway, I will buy your products, mostly, I need to review my eating habits.
Remember, I originally went all green when I first started listening you your advice (5, 10 years ago, I don't know) and then started adding stuff back to see if it affected me. Well, I still don't eat meat except fish and I don't drink any sweet drinks. I eat lots of dairy (ice cream and cheese) and eggs. I notice when I eat out I flare up, I sometimes drink a green smoothie, but I gave up those healthy ways.
Now I can't move my hands without pain.
Arthritis and/gout seems to be way the internet diagnosis points to. But deep inside (no pun intended) I know it is diet.
I did it before and I can do it again.
I think you get the gist of my situation, yet, the word "commitment" is a scary word.
I'm glad you reached out. I completely understand how you're feeling because I've been there too. I've had great "streaks" in my diet where I've been really disciplined and then because I was feeling better I slowly began allowing some of those "funner" foods like ice cream (my personal fave but also my most destructive) back into my diet.
Don't sweat the "commitment" part of things. Just start. Anywhere. Add lemon to your water today. If you haven't already, look into what it will take to get you on a alkaline water (a short cut if you have a water delivery service in a nearby city) there's a couple that run in Temecula and San Diego. I think Carlsbad water is one of them.
#1 Lemon with your water
#2 Drink 1/2 your weight in oz per day. If you weigh 200lbs then drink 100oz. This will help you **start** to flush your system.
#3 Forgive yourself. Stop looking backwards, you aren't going that direction anymore. You look ahead and keep doing one small thing at a time to become a "little less toxic" as you move forward.
You can do this. Hang in there.
